Happy Christmas to you both and thanks for the great podcasts this year - I have joined the Trust this year too - I have supported Luton since 1967 and remember an away keeper at the Kenny running out and stubbing out his cigarette on the goal post! Those were the days when Tony Read either played in goal or as centre forward for LTFC - there was no such thing as playing out of position in those days. The Bristol Game I think will be a turning point - Luton 2 - Bristol 0 and Luton 1 - Swansea 0. I would play Pelly as Captain and take it off Morris as he is a poor Captain. The only away game we have won this season is when Morris was not the Captain. I wonder if the reason that Pelly was played against Derby was to get him in the shop window for the January Sales?

First and foremost - thank you guys for your hard work and providing excellent content. A comment - I am the greatest optimist but I have seen enough - we are consistently playing badly - wrong formation, players out of position, overrun in midfield. It seems so obvious to take a player out of the defence and add one to the midfield…..

Merry Christmas lads and to all Hatters! Doubtful Rob will change, despite ‘10k supporters’ seeing the obvious. City have lost to the top sides, Bristol 3-1. Swansea 2-1 . Until we do more with the ball, I can’t see our fortunes changing. Our current bad away form reminds me of the days of the plastic pitch. We went 12 months without an away win beating Wimbledon both times. But the 3 centre back rubbish isn’t too exposed at the old girl as she is a smaller pitch, away from home - pitches are larger, therefore much more room to be exposed. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see it but like everything else, the management have their blinkers on.
