His modesty shines! Old enough to be the father of some of those rugby lads, half their size, and probably able to take them all down by himself. Physically and mentally elite

@@user-mn3vt2sl1m Hi. That’s what I suspected. I could have been clearer. Come back from abroad with Brachialis bulging- US standards food supplements? ‘Nandros’ ;)Young rugby players too! Used to feel Sorry for some RM recruits back-coursed when I saw some of others getting by - one all over social media and allegedly big timing at a wedding when I know he was on it seriously from a young age.

@freakybeaky1 its unfortunate that society is now riddled with there use. The gym I train at, which is just a cheap 24hr gym, is full of them, from every age. I've done BJJ & Muay Thai & I think to myself, Jesus, these guys would be hard to stop just because they're so strong. I'm 6'2 & 190lbs, eu natural

@@user-mn3vt2sl1m Pretty much the same. Cheers. People think I was fixated on subject. Penny only really dropped when older… I got roped-in to box a lad- who would be on it - he later became a doorman-and I would compare his bludgeoning strength to another I trained Kali/ JKD/ shooto with. He was brilliant. Thai kicks! Shins like concrete bollards- ex swimmer, a pro PT, used to administer the ‘ranch-dressing’ in the glutes for him. Another lad was still able to burst a training helmet (from in the Mount) when I eased up, thinking the spar was over. He got into the Fire Service. ..was years ago and they were supposed to be the few. I trained but still can’t get away with shorts with my body shape. ‘Thinnest ankles in Nato.’ :) Rugby guys: a young pro-PT, attended trials with a good mate who reacted to an unexpected test with: ‘I’m not passing this.’ Used to be they didn’t get tested at that stage; would stop soon after and still get gains for a long time and..pass tests playing at more senior levels. I know of someone in HMF-many say is a great guy and a ‘machine’- let slip to me he’s done Insulin and HGH when a fitness pro. I believe he’s probably been getting boosts from it since. The environment and being in a gang of major league door knockers? I know the types. As well as tussling with a drunken teenager and feeling that ‘weight’ in them. Yours Aye.
