I'm 81 yrs old, I've seen most of the original people who did all the songs that Sydnie sang and sings. And she more than does them justice she makes them into total perfection. her voice is so tremendous. Thank God for Sydnie Christmas! you make this old man happy every time I see/listen to you. Sir, you have said what I, and I suspect a couple of million (or more) others, see in this remarkably vivacious and talented young woman. She may think that she is "old" as a single, searching, yearning, aspiring... and now spectacularly prominent 29-year-old. You and I know that life IS much too short, passes far too fast and is all too brief. But we know that Ms. Christmas has a long, and let us hope for her, happy, fulfilling and successful way to go.

I am in the USA. Just viewed the video of the BGT where she sang the three songs. I said to myself that's a new Whitney, Barbra, and Shirley all in one. Rarely does a singer swell up such emotion in you that you get such a physical reaction. You hear the voice doing the best rendition of a song that you've ever heard, but you are also filled with such joy that your chest swells, you get goosebumps, chills and you shed tears of pure joy.
