Very amazing video and pleasant conversation. To be honest, I have never heard about those sentences, but one: without a shadow of a doubt (in Italian is the same: senza ombra di dubbio). It was the only expression I understood. All the other one I've never heard before. But it was very interesting, I learnt more words and it's important to improve the vocabulary. Bravissimi. To me, you are so clear when you speak your language. I just knew one of the expressions you mentioned in the video that is "without a shadow of a doubt". Actually is our "senza ombra di dubbio". Maybe also "I don't give a monkey's" but the last word is different in the expression that I know. :-).

Bel video come sempre, complimenti :D Per me è stato abbastanza semplice seguire il discorso e ho tenuto il sorriso stampato sulla faccia per tutto il tempo, sembrava di stare lì con voi a godersi la chiacchierata. Mi aggancio al modo di dire "no one gives a monkey's" perché ne avevo intuito il significato grazie al mitico Freddie Mercury che in una sua nota canzone dice "I don't have no time for no monkeybusiness". Forse il significato è diverso ma l'ho sempre inteso come "affari di poco conto, dei quali non me ne può fregare più di tanto" (quindi perdite di tempo, sciocchezze)... proprio come no giving a monkey's! L'associazione è corretta?

Il motivo del caffè in tazzina bevuto velocemente è semplice: serve per dare la carica per poi andare al lavoro, poiché è ristretto. Per le chiacchiere c'è il caffè allungato e cmq qui ci si riunisce a bere un caffè anche per chiacchierare durante le pause :D.
