Omg please no one listen to him, it’s the exact opposite. The strap should NEVER go below the shoulder!!! If you want to know look at the official page of your car seat manufacturer not some random on the internet.

This video sucks.. Theres a lever underneath the carseat that loosens the harness. Smh
