This is a 2 Unit Townhouse with brownstone influence. Each unit has 2 bedrooms. One unit has 2 1/2 bathrooms and the other 2 bathrooms. This build has been play tested - you may have to sit at desk first before using the computer. The dining bench in the first townhouse (right) can be sat on, but sims won't eat at the table, they may eat on the bench but they will be facing the opposite direction.

Everytime you upload, I KNOW it is going to be a masterpiece. I follow many amazing sims 4 content creators, and you are by far the best builder. The fact that you post less frequently only makes it more special - I feel too many of them feel the pressure from YT stats etx to produce a LOT of content, which leaves less time to work on each build.

Thank you so much for this sweet comment and yes, you are correct, there is a lot of pressure as a YT creator to push out content, which usually results in major burnout . On the other hand, some creators are really fast builders, not me - I am a distracted builder and sadly it takes me forever to build something.
