Demorgan's Law Proof

If you take courses involving set theory you will see this - you will need this - all hail Demorgan and the Laws. Kidding, but this is a nice theorem and a good intro set theory proof. Enjoy!

Intersection is AND, so these statements are equivalent.

Great video, I wish you could prove the other law (A intersection B)' = A' union B' This one is trickier for me and is hard to grasp...

Taking the second part first, since union is OR, it means that x lives somewhere outside A OR somewhere outside B -- this leaves out the middle. A AND B complement describes this scenario, because x could exist in A or B, but not both.
