I will be purchasing her book. If you truly listen, she is a empathic teacher and lovely person. At 2:15, I noticed her empathy in speaking about childhood trauma. I noticed it again (4:55), when she talked about an eating disorder trigged by her brother's untimely death. Finally, I think we all noticed it when she talked about coming from a history of resilient people (5:45). Lovely!
