Hi Ruksana, I hope you’re well! I have a couple of questions for clarification: 1. At 3:19, can you confirm if we should use the same login details that we used for the ILR application? 2. At 4:21, could you clarify which UAN you entered? Is it the reference number from the previous ILR application or the reference number for the current citizenship application? By the way, amazing video! Thank you for sharing your experience and providing such helpful information!

1. Yes we used the same log in details as we did when we applied for ILR. Because it was so soon after the ILR application that those log in details were still valid. 2. We used the UAN number from the citizenship application. Anyways, it’s all changed now and you no longer upload documents on ukvcas, it’s called tls now so it will be different for you now than what is shown in this video.

Salam sis I got my ILR recently but my application I’ve done it with a solicitor but now I wanna get my citizenship. I don’t have the login details from ILR and the UAN number. How can I get that? Yes call the Solicitor and you’ll get everything sorted ✔️. I was in a similar situation and I call the Solicitor and now I’ve changed everything to my own personal account

Yes, please take your passport to the biometric appointment. I don't remember if he needed it for the ceremony, I don't think he did but I would take it anyway just in case.
