I'm always surprised by how visitors to the states react when visiting Target or Walmart for the first time. I guess it's just so normal to us (and they're everywhere) that it's truly no big deal. Big box store = blight on the landscape but certainly packed with everything you need (or don't need!). Excited over a decorated cake makes me smile 😎. Nice haul.

As an American, this is so great to watch 😂😍 I’m so used to Target/US stores so seeing your guys reactions to them make seem so much more exciting. Walmart is like a cheaper, lower quality supermarket so in my opinion, not as good as Target 🤷🏻‍♀️ You guys should go to either TJ Maxx or Marshalls! Or just a regular US shopping mall! For us Brits, Target is like Tesco, Walmart took over Asda and we have TKMaxx instead of TJMaxx. Even the clothes lines are the same. I'm from Scotland but live in Houston and when we first moved we thought everything was so expensive but when you work out the exchange rate it's not too different.

It really depends where you are. It will be more expensive in any major city, especially Houston.

Omg they should go to Marshalls! I work there and it's amazing what you can find in clearance or for way less than their actual retail store. For example, there is a really good Michael Kors bag that was originally $120.00 and we sell it for $39.99. Since its in SoCal, we get an unusually high number of foreigners not just from Mexico but other countries as well. 😁

Sandra Dee There’s a Morrison’s brand Pinotage red wine that is to die for! I actually picked up my last bottle at a Morrison’s in Gibraltar, before that many were consumed on our England/Wales trip. Unfortunately, I won’t be finding that here in Kentucky!

I watched this again... And i find it really interesting to see you guys getting so excited about the difference in the food selection. Because when I moved to America, it was one of the hardest things to overcome was not having the English classics. And I even today, take the differences between the countries for granted. So thanks for this because it just makes me feel so grateful that I live here even though I miss England so much.

I struggle really badly with anxiety, when I travel and go away from home. I am going on holiday with my boyfriends family and travelling without my family, for the first time. I’m so so anxious for it but I have been watching your travel vlogs and airport vlogs and it’s weirdly really helped me! Yes, you def need to check out Walmart. They have mostly the same stuff as Target but they're cheaper. Elle should be prepared to check out the clothes and be blown away by the reasonable prices. xo
