Yes it was big news across the US the news channels spoke about it for a couple of weeks. The guy that kidnapped the young women ended his life in prison. One of the women had a little girl by him. It was a horrible time for them.

The black man in the white t-shirt was the one Amanda Berry went to after she and 2 other women had been kidnapped and held prisoner for several years. She managed to break out the door and ran right to this man. The kidnapper, Ariel Castro, was found dead in his prison cell after being charged with over 900 counts of rape, kidnapping and torture and sentenced to life in prison plus 1,000 years with no hope for parole. Amanda Berry is a brave woman.

That interview of the guy talking about the neighbor holding the woman hostage, that was Ariel Castro's neighbor. That guy's interview was hilarious, but dude is a hero. If he wasn't there, those three women may never have successfully escaped. Amanda Berry, the woman trying to escape, was an absolute miracle of bravery. Side note: Their escape and this interview was parodied in the first episode of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and it was incredible.

Ariel Castro, search it. He held 3 women hostage for 10 years. One day he forgot to bolt the door on the way to work. One of the ladies saw it and pushed her way through and called out to get attention. The guy in the video was just full of joy and fun. The police and families had been searching for the girls for years. Living in Cleveland makes it easy to believe. But not less horrific. The ladies have been putting their lives back together ever since. Cleveland neighborhoods are fairly diverse and close knit. People get along well for the most part.

The Black man who comically said, when you see a pretty White girl run into a Black man's arms was regarding her kidnapping. She was a sexual slave of her kidnapper. She had been kidnapped for a very long time, long enough to have born at least one child from him. Another girl held there had also born children, who the kidnapper was also molesting. Her being able to call out for help from a stranger was pure chance. She was behind a gated exit and her captor was either away or unaware.

That Popeye's Try video that The Beesleys did was FANTASTIC! I loved it! I am glad you both enjoyed Popeyes! I like Popeyes Chicken "burgers" as you call them better than KFC chicken "burgers" .. In the USA we call them Chicken Sandwiches. Chicken burgers in the USA are those burger patties with ground or minced chicken patties. That is why in the USA we do not call them Chicken burgers but rather chicken sandwiches unless the chicken burger really has ground or minced chicken patties then that would be a Chicken burger in the USA :)

He happened to witness a woman in distress, (Amanda Berry) who had been taken into captivity by a man who was the father of a friend of hers (Ariel Castro). She was kept for 10 years along with two other girls (Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight), where they were raped and tortured. One woman even gave birth to one of his babies. However Charles Ramsey is the one that helped rescue her and he is being interviewed (which is hilarious). Ariel Castro ended his own life in prison because of the constant harrassment that he recieved in prison. Or someone decided to make it look like a suicide and nobody cared to investigate. However, Ariel Castro is dead and these women are still alive...they may be traumatized and have to deal with that mental burden but they are physically doing okay.

Because she comes off as a babysitter. I think a wife would of acted more nonchalant, rather than frantic. She comes off as making a big mistake towards a boss. She knew it was an important interview for her boss, and she lost track of the kids, which is her job to begin with. That's how that all looked to me.

That clip where they are talking about a white woman trying to get help to get out of a house, She and two other women were being held captive in Cleveland, Ohio. Michelle Knight was held captive for 11 yrs, Amanda Berry 10 and had a baby from rape of kidnapper Ariel Castro, at age 14 yrs old Gina DeJesus was kidnapped. All 3 knew the kidnapper because he was a bus driver for the school they attended. Amanda Berry is the woman who ran into the 'black' man's arms. She escaped with her 6 year old daughter and called 911 and all 3 women were freed. Ariel Castor pled guilty to 937 criminal counts of rape, kidnapping and aggravated murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment plus 1, 000 years in prison without possibility of parole. He committed suicide by hanging himself with his bed sheets in the prison cell. A movie called 'Cleveland Abduction' was made about the kidnappings. The house where they were held was demolished.
