14:02 So the player DOES drop the ball early but Oregon's #27 notices and immediately picks up the ball. Touchdown Oregon.

The kickoff return was a td bc his teammate picked up the ball immediately in the end zone. So either way, Oregon touchdown.

under the rules it would actually be a touchback, sounds weird to me but its there

Most of us say "Boy-zee" for "Boise". Residents usually pronounce the end...like "Boy-See". Boise State has beaten the Ducks 3 times prior so this was the first game we've won & it was a fight! We usually don't play as they are in a different conference.

yeah as a boise native it’s boy-see😂

I'm glad youre back mate! As an American it's great to see your love of one of our homegrown sports! If you haven't heard, the Bama game, the ND game were bangers, and honestly you're sleeping on Miami 🙌

I would normally just recommend to just react to the Tennessee game (and I still recommend it) but more importantly I highly recommend reacting to the Notre Dame vs Northern Illinois game, and especially the post game interview of the NIU head coach.

As a Tennessee fan I agree. Very emotional game for Northern Illinois

I'm always shocked how incredibly stupid some of these players are to drop the ball celebrating before getting in the end zone. Like dude you just ran the length of the field making all those guys miss, and then just drop it short like an absolute moron. Unreal

...And Ashton Jeanty is the real deal! Speaking of fun to watch!

“Who cares about a millimeter.” Most people care. It’s a game of inches. Thats not how the game is played. HORRIBLE call and the refs should be penalized.

As a former resident who (sadly) grew up in Idaho in the 80s-90s before the influx (and who got Stockholmed into supporting Boise State, LOL), it is Boy-See, not Boy-Zee, and I applaud the announcers for actually getting it right, as even radio personalities who have moved to Idaho say it wrong, and it's become kind of de riguer to say it incorrectly of late. Essentially, anybody who says differently is either from elsewhere in the nation and is ignorant... or is a recent transplant and needs to learn how to say it properly. This is because it originally came from the French, via trappers, so it has a soft S, not a zed sound. It comes from when they came out of the arid high prairie down to the Boise River valley and saw all the trees and said, "Les bois!" (aka "the trees, the trees!"). It's basically the tree-valley (people call it the Treasure Valley as well), so yeah. BSU has made some big strides lately, and given they don't have an NFL team anywhere near there, out of the Mountain West (which is considered a slightly lesser part of the FBS) they are starting to show that they have a lot of merit after winning a bowl game a few years back, when they beat Oklahoma (totally worth a look if you haven't). Boise is definitely about the coolest thing to watch in football in the Mountain West, in my (reluctant) opinion.

Bro, im telling you, anytime your playing, just press start and select "Instant Replay" and you can quickly re-watch your last play and see who was open. THIS WILL HELP YOU LEARN THE PLAY. It's called watching film, lol.

As to players dropping the ball as they cross the end zone line: they need to have ball discipline. Stop showboating and hold onto the ball until you are firmly into the end zone. Just an opinion.

You were right to be confused by the late pass interference spotting of the ball. In the NFL the next play starts wherever the pass interference foul takes place. In college it's way less of a penalty. It's maximum of a 15 yard penalty if the pass is longer than 15 years, and if it's less than 15 yards it's wherever the foul was. So if you're a defender getting burned deep, it makes complete sense to just take penalty. I prefer the NFL way by far.
