Angela is the blonde haired, up-tight woman who mentioned how much she sees Jim go to reception to talk to Pam. Meredith is the redhead who saw Jim picking up Pam when Pam got embarrassed. Meredith hasn't had much of a role up to this point, but she has her moments later down the road. lol

Your first instinct was correct. Angela (blond woman) is the one who mentioned "Pam Pong" in 'Office Olympics' and first made Pam aware that others noticed her and Jim's flirtations. This time it was Meredith (redhead woman) who noticed. Pam got embarrassed when she noticed other people watching her flirt with Jim.

FYI, Sempai means "upperclassman" it just means the person has seniority or is in a higher grade than you. (Oppose would be Kouhai) Sensei means teacher.

Great stuff, lads. The cold opens of Jim pranking Dwight are awesome. Those two kill me every time. The redheads name in Meredith. Her role gets bigger along with the others.

Sensei is like a teacher or a doctor or a master. A senpai is just an older colleague whether at work, in school or at a dojo. It is not as he says equally as respected. But senpais do tend to get some amount of respect as seniority matters in Japanese culture

I really liked Gareth when I watched UK's Office. Then I was pleased to see the actor (all I can remember is Mackenzie) in the Pirates franchise and Finding Neverland. I even saw clips of him on WILTY.😄
