Depressingly, after 6 years of traveling and testing we are back to square one. Have a pacemaker in now. Canadian healthcare isn't the best. Some are saying it's Pots, others are saying vasovagal syncope. "Which doesn't make any sense since I'm an embalmer lmao" Blood etc does NOT trigger a fainting/seizure episode. Now they are thinking it's neurological, do to the absurd amount of sleep I need per day. I have no doubt it's POTS. All I do now is were my support stalkings, drink a "fuckton" of water per day, and drastically increased my salt intake to feel somewhat functional. ...... And apparently as of 2016 tilt test are no longer practical. "I guess they don't prove anything, and anyone can fail it on a bad day"- Quote of doctor I traveled to see. "imo bullshit" I can't even bend down and stand back up without wanting to hit the floor. Same with raising my arms. Got tested for Narcolepsy, Catalepsy, etc. I always faint in the summer outside. Heat is a trigger, I know it's POTs. Also, tend to enter fight or flight mod in the midst of sleeping. Wake up unable to lift a water bottle, can't scream out. Usually ends with me falling back to sleep. We have had my sugar tested and it's fine. It's like an unquenchable thirst. I will wake up and gulp down 2 water bottles in a heart beat. TL/DR I THINK IT'S POTS SYNDROME. LOW PULSE&BLOOD PRESSURE AFTER 8 YEARS DOCTORS DUNNO. SORRY FOR LONG REPLY.

@@lysstopia Having obvious symptoms. My HR shoots up within seconds of sitting up or standing. I also have high blood pressure. HyperPOTS. Like it feels like my heart is working triple time 24/7 just to exist. I’ve had a CT done that came back normal and also wore a holter monitor for 3 days that only showed my HR spiking and tachycardia with movement. Laying down my HR is in the 80’s-90’s unless I have a weird episode where I go tachycardiac for no reason. They suspected pheochromocytoma at first. But tested me for that and said it was not that and my diagnosis was POTS. If I was to do a TTT I would go tachy immediately and probably pass out for the entirety of the test. So they didn’t even bother with it because it was obvious when doing the “poor man’s TTT” using the laying/sitting/standing vitals.
