Late 80s as the rubble from the former platforms was finally cleared in late 1989. Also fits in for that period to with Chinley still retaining the box,station building and old platforms. Was great working up there at the short time I spent at Buxton depot.

The feller at 2:10 jumping down from the loco while moving and running along beside it at full pelt, not sure that would meet with the approval of the Health & Safety Executive ☺

unlike today, the feller would have to wait until the loco has stopped before jumping down.
