BRITISH RIDING CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS… fail😩

Hi guys 👋🏻,
Here it is the British riding club championships vlog! I felt like such a NEWBIE & so so unprepared, I also felt like a fraud 🤣 as I was only there because my team qualified for the champs.
Sorry this isn’t the best vlog, it was my only way of posting it. I did umm and arr about making this video, but thought NO! I post the good the bad, the ugly. So I can one day look back on this and think ‘WEVE COME SO FAR’
But not only for me, for anyone else feeling this way, going through a similar journey. So you don’t feel alone!

I know that champs didn't go to plan but THAT DRESSAGE?!😍 What a fab test!! She dealt with the atmosphere so well 🥺 Such a good idea to just book something else and get straight back out, otherwise you'd have festered away thinking about how frustrated you were until you're next thing. So good to just channel that frustration straight into the next schooling session! And it sounded so so positive 🙌

I'm so competitive and love the idea of going to championships...but when I get to the big shows I just feel so overwhelmed and out of place and I never really end up enjoying it! I also have the same hat silk as you so I would have been giving a talking to as well 🤣 such a shame about the show jumping. Dressage looked really good; you'll make an event pony of her yet I'm sure! Xx

I have wondered this too & my friend has mentioned it before. I’m genuinely not sure. She feeds of me so so much ( which isn’t helpful 😫). I was really stressed this day as it was rush rush rush which she hates. So I really don’t know 🫠. But I have started to track her seasons xx
