"I'm rubber your're glue" is an archaic saying in the US. I don't think any kid would ever nowadays employ that as a defensive comeback here in America. Thanks for the vid!!! EDIT: and "shut your pie hole" is somewhat common in US.

In Germany, there is no "four-eyes", but a commonly used expression referring to people wearing glasses is "die Brillenschlange" - "serpent glasses". I have no idea what's the origin of this expression, though.

Aww sometimes kids can be pretty mean. I read an article about eastern and western education and they talked about the "try hard" situation. People on western culture say if you are smart you can succed, no need to effort. That leads to think about "winners" and "losers", because it means you born with some skills. But people of the eastern (chinese, japanese, etc.) who do big efforts to improve are congratulated. And you see, they can be really good. Sorry if my english is not so good, I came here to study. I'm trying hard (haha).

Americans also use the word "Weirdo" In fact, they have for a very long time. Also, "four-eyes" has been in America for quite awhile. As for loser, loner, sad, cat's got your tongue, liar liar pants on fire, see you later alligator, after awhile crocodile" etc, yeah America uses those as well. We usually say "shut your pie hole".

This is amazing. I loved the 'your mom!' (Not that i'm going to use it tho xD but this is interesting). From where I'm from, Argentina, we say the same: 'tu vieja!' Which means your old lady. that's how some people call their mums or 'tu viejo!' For fathers. It might sound rude saying it in english but its so common moms and dads don't feel disrespected at all :)

+Mel Lescano in Poland we say "Twoja stara" or "Twoja matka", both sentences mean "your mum", but it's abusive (polish people don't like when somebody insults their parents, we dont even joke about it). Instead of those sentences we use "kurwa" a lot.

A try hard is something I have heard more recently in gaming online, ''He/she's A try hard killing everyone's character in the lobby with that Jet plane!'' on GTA or Call of Duty, as far back as 2008 when I started playing GTA at 28 it was a Try Hard that used to follow you around the map trying to repeatedly kill your character over and over. we used to play GTA 4 based on a small New York proxy, we used to hold down Liberty Island with the statue of Liberty well the game version anyway, we'd spend hours repelling the Try Hard's coming at us again and again. then they would get a kill if we ventured off the island and then start saying we were trash as they killed us once, where as we had killed their character 20 time already!

Window-licker is a really insulting thing for a kid to say. Or if someone says "I'm special" in a chuffed way, someone else would say "yeah, in a short bus way". That one is probably the most unkind thing to say, especially nowadays. I doubt kids say it anymore now.
