Well remembered and obscure British television advertisements from the 1950s and 1960s featuring Warren Mitchell, Dusty Springfield, George Best, Arthur Askey and many others. Commercials for Findus, Carnation, KP Nuts, Cadbury's Flake, Schweppes, Fairy Toilet Soap, Golden Wonder, Sunsilk, Butlin's and a whole lot more.

Some brilliant stuff in there. The Duke of Bedford trying to give the impression that he takes an interest in floor cleaners. And the National petrol ad is a work of art.

Remember the carpet one.and a few others, Trebore mints, shampoo and soap one's, not all. But boy remember putting carnation milk on tinned fruit for desert, definatly wouldn't now, so sickly. Loved flake. I didn't got to Butlins but my younger brother and sister did. They loved it, all the rage then for holidays. But the Players cigerretts one was so corny.
