I'm so jealous having been born in Seoul. I have never been back since I was a young baby. I, myself am half korean half American...I appreciate you guys the willingness to try new foods out of your culture and to introduce to young kods/adults to different cultures that have never lived outside of their own comfort zone. I have had so many dreams to visit and I have a young daughter who is 15 yrs old who has yet to get the full experience herself. Many live in areas that can't afford to make these types of things happen for themselves. Seeing the young boys grow into young men and still willing to venture into different cultures is amazingly important and great. I wish many had this opportunity in life.

I'm really enjoying this Jeollanam-do portion of this series. How wonderful to learn about a region I had not seen featured on youtube before. One of my favourite parts of this video is learning that the hanari has uses other than for storing kimchi or doenjang.

It keeps on surprising me how much I absolutely adore all of these videos with Josh, Ollie (although you see Ollie less in these), Armand and Max. I honestly think these are my favourite series I've ever watched on KZbin, and I've been watching KZbin for over 10 years now!

Another cool episode, great job KE Team! It's great that Armand knows how to just hit the pause button and try to take everything in. They have been doing and experiencing so many things that it's easy to just get carried away, but Armand and Max took the time (soaking in that bath) to let it all in and be appreciative and introspective. I imagine that Armand and Max will stay grounded, that no matter how much recognition they may get from this exposure, they will remain humble and grateful. At least that is my hope for them. Can't wait for the next episode, a hanok stay! Max's love for architecture will overflow I'm sure. 😁 P.S. what is Max's essay about anyway? Do you need help Max? 😉
