Even way back then the raw talent was there to see and you wouldnt have got more than even odds on hin evententially becoming.....it was tysons to lose and he nearly did.((re: the knocking that guy out after partying all previous night,could have went wrong easy!!)) He knew he was the best so didnt see any reason to be humble..and this mindset is part of his winning formula. He will long be remembered as one of the GOATS .

European champion. Being number one in the WBO and number one in WBA mandatory, so Klitschko and no excuses he had to fight him, and the rise of him beating Klitschko, and becoming unified world champion, then losing it all to drugs alcohol depression, and coming back to crack, America, the trilogies with wilder, becoming two-time world champion, he's the only heavyweight ever to win all four of the world title belts, being Undefeated,the stupid glove gate and the conspiracies, the bad cut he had with the wallen fight, then back to England in front of 94000 fans, to knocking out dillian Whyte, would be one heck of a story

Great interview, totally at odds with the trash talking we see on Twitter and in some interviews and press conferences. Shame is a lot of armchair fans only see the negative stuff and wouldn't see proper trade interviews like this where Tyson is totally relaxed and candid, not playing up to an audience. Love his honesty and candour. Don't understand racist bile spouted towards him on Twitter. We should welcome and appreciate such a talented and exciting heavyweight.

Typical Ireland … always holding us back.. Did the same to me and to my nephew who is a Traveler. If you don’t come from a proper social class… they look down upon you. That Dave Mahedy from university of Limerick manager of the sports facility has prevented many athletes not coming desirable places or from the right social class in using the facility . I’m Irish born from Limerick City but grew up in California .. went there to turn prof as an athlete. .. Dave by the way never achieved anything in life as an athlete. Ireland need to stop lowering their own and give them support. The best athletes come from lower wage families… from the streets.
