Floyd Mayweather wouldn’t fight him at light welterweight- he wanted the deck stacked in his favour with the weight class, the referee etc Ricky gave him a great fight and maybe with a proper ref and at light welter he might have done it. Awesome career and a great man

No matter what weight ricky hatton will not win... Hatton is not even an elite fighter even on his prime... The problem with hatton is he has no defense, hatton has is pure offense, hatton likes to fight in the pocket even without defending him self inside the pocket.. When he fought Pacquiao at 140lbs light welter weight hatton was in his prime.. But he cannot win agains skill fighter with pure strength alone without defends.. Katsyu is the only elite none legend fight he fought and win.. Katsyu was in decline in that fight, his not the same fighter anymore

A 40 years old Pacquiao B game, can beat hatton on his prime in his A game... The reason is hatton has no defense, he fights the same in every round in his whole career...

Only a brave legend. boxer but guts too get in a ring I would off loved a few rounds I was told I could off been a champ but went too jail a long time I spar with my freind Mr m Watson and a few others ben but I had a good time in the ring with them boys I'm the one who didn't make it... 🥊

I love ricky. Really enjoyed his career... but he didn't face everybody. he swerved his biggest domestic rival when he had the WBC belt and ricky was coming back off a loss. I hate to say it, but he ducked Witter. That fight would have been perfect but he chose to face an ancient and retired lazcano instead. I'm not saying he would have lost, but witter could have potentially been a nightmare for him and they didn't want to risk it. Hatton fans will go on about numbers, but that fight would've sold.

Allways a Ricky fan he struggled to get fights as he was destroying guys how the witter fight never went down I don’t know.To be fair witter was a danger man who could really hit with little reward warren and rickys team probably swerved that fight.Its a business after all one slip in boxing no one wants you.
