Love Ricky, he wears his heart on his sleeve and there is nothing wrong with that. I would like to see him get back in shape again and do another exhibition fight. Or even go batter a youtuber. :) He really seemed to enjoy getting back in training for the last exhibition.

It's a bit like the fat blokes in the gym watching football and giving their expert criticism about how "shit" professionals are isn't it?

Watching this makes me realise Ricky is basically a ‘man child’ , and cannot ever be confused with a brain surgeon ( donor maybe). He has the gift of picking the wrong decision, or just not making one ie total inertia- as he says, I was lazy. He’s paid the price epically for that surely. Left a loving supportive OH was a shame too. Blowing up like an airship between fights - the list goes on. Then we beat loads about his depression etc.. for years . Take responsibility Ricky - you’ve listened to “ mates “ ie drinking buddies/ hangers on etc too much of long patently.🙄
