01:06:04 London - VS of heavily sandbagged buildings. Signs telling people to be prepared - The Phoney War. Air Raid Precaution displays, mock ups of bomb damage and crashed enemy planes. The ARP and other Civil Defence forces show their skills.

01:07:53 VS of German troops launching Blitzkrieg invasion into Holland France.
01:08:26 Dutch and Belgian troops prepare guns. VS British and French troops cross the Belgian frontier to take up positions. Tanks and guns move forwards. VS of German troops fighting in streets as they invade France. Air to air shots of Stuka dive bombers. Attack on the River Meuse bridges. German troops cross the river in small boats.
