I love these! Especially the narration and the humor! That voice is so nostalgic. I miss the past.

I ❤looking back on what seemed a more gentle time. More freedoms for me even growing up in the 70’s Parts of this video show colour. The clothes and fashion from the 60’s I ❤ it all and would wear it all. I was old enough in the 70’s also to wear and love the fashion I remember my late father going to work on the bus. Could not drive till 1975 He would wear a suit. His shirt ‘kipper’ style collar Such happy times 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴❤️❤️❤️👍 👍 😃😃🇬🇧🇬🇧😊😊

Anyone know the name of the song at 0:26? I often hear it in documentaries but can’t find it 😢

a la recherche de la temps perdue.... 34:55 “… odd mixtures like cream cheese and fresh fruit…” how very very bizarre, (and teddibly un-British…whatwhat) and then almost every thing from then on is cloaked in comical frivolity. 48:19 a mere 15 years earlier that girl’s mother would have prized those eggs as food. something that many in England do now, in this day. I'll echo the final conclusion. thank you for recording and preserving BP.
