The cutest thing in Hailee Steinfeld’s tote is not her mint-green leather-bound mini journal. It’s not her Patrick Ta lip balm. It’s not even her favourite Privé Revaux shades. It’s her adorable teacup Yorkie, Martini, who makes a cameo appearance in episode 43 of British Vogue’s In The Bag series, peeping from inside the actor’s Alexander McQueen shopper. “She’s pretty much always in my bag,” says the Dickinson star, who also makes room for her precious cargo’s various accoutrements: tiny tennis ball, puppy treats, and hair ties included. She is like what I would want and used to expect every celebrity to be. Like she is such a celebrity (in a non negative way), not an influencer or just an actress/singer, and not always desperate for more clout etc. She’s rich (but not arrogant), she ALWAYS looks pretty, has a great fashion sense, and generally carries herself in a classy/sophisticated manner. In fact, I guess she’s more of a star than a celebrity even.
