As well as with the napkins, she could have used words like 'parallel' and… Actually I don't know more useful words. They did alright though. I'm amazed they did puff up after all that happened. Extremely hard recipe. So let's give them both credit.

It reminds me of learning how to drive Instructor: Ok put your hands on the steering wheel Me:Ok so both my hands on top or both on the bottom? Instructor: The left grabs the left side of the steering wheel and the right hand grabs the right hand side. Me: Ok so my left is on the top part or on left of the bottom part Instructor: neither, you put it in the middle Me: Wut.. ? but that is the horn Instructor: ... in the 9 position Me: Is there writing on the steering wheel. Nope, I think it rubbed off. Instructor: 9 o'clock Me: No the clock says 11:45 Instructor: Left hand at 9 on the steering wheel, if you think the steering wheel as a clock face. Me: panicking thinking AM or PM?

yeah. She should have just re-phrased her instructions when hailee was confused. instead she just repeated the same thing over which doesn't help if you dont get it in the first place.

At 12:04 Hailee's oil temp is only at 251F rather than the proper 325F as was the chef's. No wonder her batch wasn't cooking as quickly as the chef's batch. First, they give her the wrong ruler then they give her the lowest temperature cooking oil. She was being sabotaged! 😂
