queen it was so horrible what the media did to you and we will not forgive them
@lunadatuna25683 жыл бұрын
What did the media do?
@YoshYoshhh3 жыл бұрын
@@lunadatuna2568 way too much horrible things. She was first forced to keep a « Disney » image like she had to stay (or at least pretend) a virgin, « clean » so that she could be a figure for children and adults. As a way to rebel (remember she was only a teen / young woman at that time), she made some magazines’ covers in sexy attires. But as it became popular, she was forced to sexualise her body. I don’t know much about her relationship with Justin Timberlake but there was a scandal saying Britney cheated on him (Idk if it was actually true or not). She was followed by at least 30 paps per day. One day, an interviewer asked her how to make them stop following her and she answered « idk... idk... » in a desperate way and started crying when the interviewer asked her if she wanted them to stop. After 3 months of relationship with one of her dancers, they married each other and had children. But that dancer was known as someone who has a very bad influence on Britney. There was a footage video in which we saw Britney stumbles while holding her baby and has been called « a bad mother ». Her children later were taken away from her. She locked her children and herself in the bathroom (which i understand i guess she just wanted to get back her role as a mother) but she was sent to a psychiatric hospital (or they took her to see a psy idk) and it’s been 12 years she’s under her father’s tutorship, like she can’t do ANYTHING without her dad’s consent. She has to do whatever he asks her to do, she isn’t allowed to have another child. During public appearances, the moments where she says she’s unhappy or something like this are censored. Idk if you can see how much pain she’s gone and still go through. Just imagine having no freedom, no pleasure for 1 week. She’s going through this for way more than 12 years. I maybe said some unexact facts or badly explained but you can see some videos talking about this, we definitely have to do something to help and free her

Fun fact, Britney's record company originally wanted to do a video of Britney as a superhero fighting an animated monster. Britney who was only 16 at the time with no say in her record company and just at the beggining of her career said to all the the company' executives that approved the original idea that her audience didnt want to see that and then she came up with the whole concept for the video being played in school, including the very beggining when shes waiting for the bell to ring. She also came out with the outfits for the video.

Yes you’re right! She’s still great but she’s been shackled for 13 years and we want freedom for her. I’ve been watching old footage of all her great performances while enraged that her family would this just to profit from her.

I was looking specifically for comments like this. As of right now, paying for / ingesting Britney Spears media / materials is still profiting those that hold her conservatorship and not Britany herself. If you want to directly support Britney, you advocate that disabled folks have the right to their own physical financial emotional and mental autonomy. as of right now, the only thing you're doing is profiting those that hold her conservatorship.
