That lawyer literally should have filed an appeal and been able to see whatever evidence that the judge saw. Her due process rights were violated right then and there and her attorney didn't do anything about it. At that point, the fix was in. She would be given a court-appointed attorney who makes money off of her. The court conservatorship that gets the fees off of her. Her father getting money off of her. Her court-appointed lawyer filed paperwork calling the conservatorship a hybrid model saying that it was voluntary. They gas-lit this woman into submission.

There's some blind scenes behind the door of the court room when the conservatorship was placed to her. There's information that she was not acknowledged of the conservatorship until it was placed effectively by the court and the whole conservatorship was placed on court when she was in a hospital. The way of the conservatorship granted is very suspicious. Since the conservatorship must be voluntary by law, this not clear detail really put the legal aspect of the whole conservatorship in question. The judge who granted the conservatorship case of hers from the beginning answered very unclear when being asked if she was not agreed to voluntarily be in the conservatorship since she did not present herself at the court. She/he (I don't recall exactly) said: "You can't say that she did not voluntarily join the conservatorship". It means you can argue that you can say that and the whole situation isn't black or white. If they go in and investigate carefully how the conservatorship has been granted from the first place, I think that could find more detail potential showing that the conservatorship from the beginning is illegal.
