Studio versions have several layers of vocals mixed in, so this will naturally sound very stripped. Plus her background singers were awful, I've always hated them. Not to mention Britney can't pull off the baby voice during performance as she does in the studio.

Her backup singers is not really helping her in singing. They are obviously giving her a hard time. Yes they are needed to be loud when Britney is doing her dance moves but they should also lower their voice when Britney is singing. If I want to here genuine vocals I'll listen to Christina or Adele or Mariah, 90's and early 2000's Mariah before she ruined her voice, but if I want just a fun dance performance to catchy songs I turn to Britney. Well, considering they are humans with actual lungs ans stuff, Britney and Christina had to choose whether if they were gonna dance their a$$es off on stage or just sing their lungs out.
