Dizzy Dean Davidson was one of the most underrated front men of the 80s glam scene. He had one of raspiest, grittiest and absolutely "toothiest" voice of that era. And one who proudly played a Les Paul at a time of super strats and pointy guitars. Love the guy.❤

I saw these guys live in Jackson, MS back in the 80's. Just on the videos you could dismiss them as "just another 80's hair metal band". You could not be more wrong. These guys were the real deal, very strong musicians. Not afraid to just hang out with their fans, the show I saw was during the state fair. These guys were out at the fair hanging out and enjoying the ride. Looks come and go, music is timeless. Listen. Does the music move you? That's the important part.

I love this song. This is a rocking tune. Davidson's voice is awesome, a bit Tom Keifer, Paul Stanley, Steven Tyler. Michael Smith's guitar work, and the extended guitat solo is incredible, the Phrasing and melody in it. His windmills were awesome, best outside Pete Townsend's. These Guys live were incrdible, the hair the clothes, yeah matched what folks call Glam metal, but BritnyFox like Cinderella, had a more Bluesy, Hard Rock style too their music. Girl School was the Glam Rock song vid record producers wanted then. But this song is in my all time fav song list. The riff is so infectious. I know a few folks who hate Hair metal like Poison, etc, yet they like Britny Fox and Cinderella. Smells like teen spirit came in out of nowhere, and then it was all teen angst in rock. Guitar solos, and flash were hated. But then the late eighties were all about hair, flashy wild fashion, neon. And Smith started with Cinderella, then left and help create BritnyFox, both bands are from Philly aREA.

Totally agree. The feel of the solo is amazing. I don’t play guitar but I sure in the hell can air guitar the hell out of it! Every note is memorized! 🤘🏻

Let me be very clear to all the people that love to bash 80's hair metal. I hear comments on how Hair Metal destroyed itself (not grunge) and how people got tired of it. That I agree with. But, REMEMBER this...people fall in and out of love with many things, and THE THING THAT YOU COME BACK TO ALWAYS IS YOUR BEST LOVE. That is what people have done. Metal bands still tour 30 years later, although to smaller crowds. Some band have even bigger fan bases than in the 80s (Iron Maiden, Metallica, etc). ALL music that is sampled now on B.S. hip-hop is from the 80s (dance or otherwise). Music from 1990s to the present day is a fad, a temporary date. A lover to fall in love with who never lasted and you never remember. So, watch this video and all this others and realize that if you didn't grow up in the 80s (or the 70s), you will never understand what sex, drugs, and rock and roll meant....ever. We had the ultimate time of our lives. Too bad you missed it.

Being a teen in the 80's, I could not agree with you more Mr. Palmer. And to quote Bon Jovi, your statement about In And Out Of Love, that was always one of my faves from that band, even though I've never really been a big Bon Jovi fan. I'm listening to some Cinderella as we speak. Next up on the KZbin playlist is some kick-ass Twisted Sister. Being 45 years old, I listen to A FEW of today's bands like Five Finger Death Punch. Other than that, my entire music collection is between 1970 and 1995. In closing, in the infamous words of Cinderella, all you beautiful ladies out there (young and old) can SHAKE ME!!!

2:53 Bringing to the present all my favorite hairbands. These guys brought back a lot of fun memories!!!! Still rockin the old school. Nothing these days can compare to the 80’s Rock.

These guys should have gone all the way to the top. What a great era for some bands to put out great material and accenting their talents and writing skills, too bad egos and arguing and stupid stuff got in the way, however this video was great.

That solo! Man, that might be the 3rd best 80’s solo, behind all George Lynch and Randy Rhodes solos! I’m not saying he’s top 3 or even top 20 guitarist in the 80’s but feel that solo, man! Yea, it’s pretty amazing!🤘

I am a Lynch and DeMartini fan and been playing for 41 years myself. This guitar solo would make my top five. If you pay attention to enough Britny Fox songs, you will discover that Mike Smith is a phenomenal guitarist...He just creates great lead phrases and licks...REALLY GREAT !

For those of you who may not know, this video does NOT have the full solo, which, in my opinion, is the best part of the song. They made them edit it out to keep the duration within required parameters.

Long time friends of mine...Never gets old...treasure my pictures and videos from 2000 when they did long way to live album....glad they are touring again, however, missing Michael Kelly Smith but Chis Saunders is doing a fantastic job replacing him. I still have the blue coat Billy wore on stage back in 2000 that was mine. I will always treasure it....miss you all!
