I don’t get how Adam isn’t as popular as Taylor Swift. That voice and personality is otherworldly

The way Adam goes from chest voice to falsetto and chest voice so effortlessly is insane!! Runs and range for miles. In a class by himself, despite the comparisons. Thanks guys for another good one!

Adam has said that he doesnt use his falsetto often but when he does it's like heaven. Hes also branching out with a lot more styles now The Velvet album was his take on the 70's from soul/r&b/disco/funk to Rock in all its 70's glory.

I was waiting for someone to react to this presentation. I'm a huge fan of Queen, George Michael, MJ, and many other great voices from history, and Adam is simply someone who was born in this era but possesses the talent of those greats, and I'm glad that Brian May and Roger Taylor recognize and value him. I could say he's born in the wrong era, but I also know he has a large audience; still, I believe he deserves more recognition.

Adam is just brilliant and can pretty much sing anything. This was during covid when he recorded a lot form home. I believe this was aired on one of the late night TV shows in the US. Maybe James Corden because I know he had him on his show a lot by himself and with Queen.

Adam is an exceptional singer, he has his own style, which is compared not to one singer but to a combination of several great singers because he can sing any genre. I prefer his live performances to the recordings, each of his performances is unique. Thanks so much for your reaction!

Adam's voice especially like this setting is just amazing. Seeing him live is an experience. His voice literally vibrates through you. It's so hard to explain. The guitar player JinJoo Lee is most known for her work in the band DNCE with Joe Jonas. I've seen videos of her playing with the Jonas Brothers as well.

I enjoy your reactions. I strongly support the person who requested you do a reaction to Queen + Adam Lambert “Who Wants to Live Forever?” The 2016 Isle of Wight version is the absolute gold standard performance of this song. QAL performed this song the day after the Pulse Nightclub mass shooting, the largest mass shooting in U.S. History until the Las Vegas music festival shooting a few years later. Adam was devastated at the homophobic massacre. He said that when it came time to sing WWTLF, he felt overwhelmed and had no idea what was going to come out of his mouth. Brian has said it was a performance for the ages; Roger said he had never heard anyone sing the song this way. The Isle of Wight video should be the first to pop up when you type in the name of the song. This performance really is something more than special, and you will be glad that you watched it. Thanks for what you do.

What's so crazy is that IMO he sang it even better than the Isle of Wight multiple times during the 2023 QAL tour. I didn't think that was even possible. I was up close in person at one of the shows and I don't know how anything else can ever compare to that experience. I was in a starstruck QAL haze for weeks afterward. 😄 Adam is truly in a league of his own. 💖

I agree with you all that Adam has sung WWTLF time and time again, each time showcasing his absolute passion and perfection. The reason I will always prefer IOW is the absolute rawness and passion that is literally pulled out of him and through him in response to the unimaginable tragedy just the day before. This performance is the one that comes first even when you type in Queen WWTLF. Brian and Roger have chosen to put this performance at the first pop-up on the search. Although you do see Adam performing other songs near the top of other Queen performances, unless you type in Queen +Adam Lambert, you will get a Freddie performance first and then a QAL performance a bit down (for obvious reasons). Unless things have changed, this version of WWTLF at IOW is the only version that pops up first no matter how you enter it, and Brian and Roger have left it that way for years. Don’t get me wrong: I love many of the QAL performances of this song, and I’ve been fortunate to see them 7 times. This IOW performance is, to me, just one of the purest examples of poignance, sadness, anger, grief and who knows how many emotions Adam was feeling at the massacre magnify his gift.

I really appreciate you reacting to Adam's songs and giving him high praise. ❤ It's so wild how people seem to not know that he's out there being incredible. For a long time that was me! But it still blows my mind how overlooked he is. I mean, this video only has about 600 views as of now. 😞 I know you could get more way more views by reacting to bigger, well-known songs, but this is earning you guys so much good karma in life. Madison is on a mission and I'm here for it! 🤗 P.S. the studio version of this song is 🔥🔥🔥

Adam Lambert is always fabulous. What's also impressive is that he's sitting down while singing this, which is technically harder to do than singing while standing. I've seen lots of stuff of him performing with Queen, and I agree that you should check out 'Who Wants to Luve Forever?'. One of my favourite Queen songs (the 'It's a Kind of Magic' album will always be in my top ten albums of all time), and he really does it justice.

@tundiel I knew he was good but boy I had no idea and anyone who can sound as good as George will always impress me. I do like that song from Queen, although my favourite is "Those were the days of our lives" Always gets me does that one. Hope your boyos made your Valentines Day extra special 😂
@tundiel9 ай бұрын
@BritPopsReact pretty much anything Freddie did was epic, but yes, 'These are the days of our lives' is hauntingly beautiful 😥 We don't do Valentine's any more. We mutually agreed years ago. We do stuff on random days throughout the year instead. Feels nicer when it's spontaneous rather than doing stuff because it's expected. The kitties left me plenty of presents in their litter box, but I don't think that counts 😅

I am a third generation Texan. I'm very, very sorry, but George Michael has been my favorite, the most talented, classiest, most beautiful singer I've ever listened to. George will always be in a league of his own. Adam just follows in George's footsteps.
@lstapes77 ай бұрын
Here is exactly why I wish people wouldn’t compare Adam to other people as when they do, it inevitably brings up unnecessary either/or scenarios. Often, people who heard the “older” in George Michael’s case or original, as in Freddie’s case are compelled to see some sort of threat to the first singer’s ability. There is no need for that, except it was to be expected with Freddie, and it took a while for some to stop the vituperative comments and to realize that both can be enjoyed and if not, just don’t watch something that displeases you so. Just let Adam be Adam for goodness sake.
@annewatts85555 ай бұрын
I agree Adam is In a league of his own and shouldn’t be compared even as front man to Queen, he has his own flare and style and his very own vocal capabilities which are off the scale! Im English 🇬🇧 and I never compare him with Freddie or George Michael, who I was and still am a huge huge fan of and in my humble opinion Adam never makes me think of George when I hear him sing. Im in my 70’s and think Adam is a huge breath of fresh air and for me is up there with some of the greats In his own right !!! He has it all, singing capabilities, theatrical capabilities, good conversationalist with a great sense of humour, handsome and a humble soul. ❤
