Awesome... I came across this video two years back and followed Leo and Mary since. Two fabulously talented musicians.

He's done major hits like "Feel Good Inc" and "Africa" as well as kids songs like "Baby Shark" and "The Wheels On The Bus". He's done over 375 covers and releases a new one every Friday. My personal favorites are "Black Hole Sun" and the Roxette's " Listen To Your Heart" with Violet Orlandi.

His guest, Mary Spender is a pretty well-established KZbin artist (from London) in her own right (470K + subscribers, myself included). She does lots of cover songs and many brilliant original compositions of her own as well. She also does interviews and discusses music and recording technology. You just have to respect the contrast between the two of them and the ability to blend them together. Such a juxtaposition.

Glad you guys enjoyed Leo. He takes huge amounts of talent, amazing guest stars on some songs, pays homage to the original (tons of details from the original) and always adds a "Leo Breakdown section" to a song. Most of the songs he has done are great and some exceed the original by far. You might get roasted in the comments for skipping the outros on his videos. They are mini works of art themselves where he creates another song promoting himself and/or the people involved. Some songs of his that you might like to check out Zombie (this is with his now ex-wife on bass(The bass work in this one is great.) @tomt00001 Ahhh, thanks for the advice, we didn't realise there was more, and "Black Hat Guy" is in charge of the buttons, I had my license revoked for reckless button pressing :( OK, If and I hope we do more from Leo, then We will be sure to address that and apologise for our error. My favorite thing about Mary is that she's relatively new to guitar. I've been watching her learn to play for a couple years now and she's really advancing fast. Leo's skill on about any instrument is just mind boggling. Not to mention his production skills. He was destined for great things and his career is just getting started.

A good start to Slipknot to ease you in ( I use this term loosely as you can't really ease someone into the madness of Slipknot ) would be "Duality" It's a great example of several of Corey's vocal styles including singing, screaming/growling and believe it or not rapping! The official video will likely get the video flagged and copyrighted struck, so you might want to find a live version. Try and find a performance from Download festival if you can. You will also want to see Spit it Out from Download too but I'm not sure if you are ready for that yet haha

@Kurn Hurin I just checked my spreadsheet for the Metal artists we are covering on our Metal Monday's, its a section where we just pick a band off a list we got from the top 100 metal bands and pick one song to react to. So when we get to Slipknot, we will go with "Duality" We will then pick the top 5 from our overall marks and then revisit those bands. Metallica were this Monday's and we picked the wrong version as the studio would have scored higher, but we have done a few from them already. Cheers and catch up soon,
