hey Kershaws, I know you all saw Grand Central Terminal. But as of January 25th this year, the Long Island Railroad (aka "LIRR") made its long awaited debut into grand central, its been talked about for like 3 generations, but construction started about 15 years ago & is meant to bring commuters from the far reaches of eastern Queens as well as different stations from Nassau & Suffolk County to the east side of Manhattan & not have to go to Penn Station, then cross to the east side. All-in-all, this is planned reduce travel time for those commuters by like 35 minutes. If you both went to the lower level Metro-North tracks where the food courts are located, the LIRR tracks @ Grand Central is located about 15 stories below the food courts. Glad you made it to the crown as they just recently reopened it. Staten Island is where we live and every Ferry ride we take, we make sure to see the Statue! We Totally enjoyed your adventure again! Magnolia's is what transplants and tourists recommend. If you want to try the best banana dessert in NYC, try the banana cream pie at Sarge's deli. It is lighter, creamier and far better than Magnolia's banana pudding.

It can be quite nerve wracking when you first go up the tall buildings but its crazy how fast you get used to it. The memorial is an amazing place to visit, very different from anything else but an amazing thing to go and see.
