There are over 40,000 students at Texas A&M, around 4,000 of them cadets, with around 400 cadets in the marching band.

Their cross formation is most impressive to watch. They are so close together they have to turn at the waist to let someone get by in front of them. The formation at 4:58 is a hybrid of the cross. 12:23 This long spiel is promo for the University & how many military officers they produce. And Texas A&M does produce a lot of officers. You can skip ahead and all they do is run off anyway. There are lots of other bands besides the big 2. Tennessee, USC, Michigan, and many others.

Just wondering how much money in unifiorms and band equipment this all costs? Damn expensive I'd imagine. ♥ But what a spectacle.

You should watch HBCU bands also. like Southern university or Jackson State.

I loved when Texas A&M played Prairie View A&M. It was always amazing to see the contrast and talent in both organizations
