It's called in local language Bosna i Hercegovina. C is pronounced as tz. Bosnia is in north and Herzegovina is in south, but there's no border between them like England and Scotland. Bosnia is twice bigger than Herzegovina. That food is called čevapi or čevapčići. Along side of burek (pastry filled with cheese or meat or spinach or potato) is the most popular street food. You can buy it in Serbian or Bosnian restaurants across UK or in shops with eastern European food. Also burek you can buy in Lidl as cheese swirl as greek product.

Bosnia and Herzegovina is one country from part of the name,...Bosna-one geographical part of the country from the middle to the north and the other is Herzegovina to the south..Mostar.Etc.s in Herzegovina...and one is the supreme authority . C is tz sound, ć is ch sound and č is tch like in Czech Republic. It's confusing but you are very close to pronouncing it like a local. Our language is hard, some things are even hard for us to say and grammar is insanely difficult for foreigners. Bosniaks in particular are very likely to mix up Č and Ć, Dž (juh) like in Jones and Đ like j in juice sounds.
