The sad thin is, MOST gang members are drawn to that life out of necessity, protection, and lack of opportunities. This clown actively sought out that lifestyle and even started talking like he was from the hood. I'll never understand why gang life is glamorized.

That's literally part of institutional racism and white privilege. They put in place for people to have bonds and lawyers. Because white folks knew most Black people didn't have money to afford thousands of dollars on legal fees. There is more nuance to racism than just it being black or white. If you have no clue what you're talking about, educate yourself on the subject matter.

I don’t understand people getting upset over the white kid getting bailed out by his parents and the black father saying his son is going through hell in the juvenile system? It’s very simple…the white kid’s father had $500,000.00 to bail his kid out and did. Did the father of the black kid have $500,000.00 to bail his kid out? If he did have it and wanted to bail out his kid, great! If he didn’t, he shouldn’t be complaining. His son committed a crime just like the white boy. Only difference is one was able to make bail and one was not. 🤷♀️

@@karenbliss8719 I’ve always kinda felt that bail should be based on a percentage of a family’s income instead of a set number because either way a family would be putting up a significant amount of their income and have the same hardships did it whether it’s a certain percent of $20,000/year vs $1,000,000/year
@karenbliss871919 сағат бұрын
@ I feel the same way and I also think it should be that way with income tax….I’d rather not pay them at all but if we have to it should be the same percentage, just a flat rate, and no loopholes! One can only pray. But you’re exactly right on bail, make it fair for everyone which is basically make it the same hardship for everyone.

The race-baiting of this content creator drives me nuts. “He was released on bail while his African American co-defendants were held without bail.” Yeah, no sh*t. The two black kids SHOT AND KILLED a man. Terrell, while a despicable person, only drove the getaway car. Of COURSE people who commit murder are held without bail.
@LukaDonesnitchКүн бұрын
I would agree with your position, however, knowing people who committed murder and still receiving bail I would say it's not as cut and dry as you think it is. There is a thing called race-baiting but this isn't it.
@Amandaarford8322 сағат бұрын
It doesn’t matter because regardless of just being the getaway driver or other involvement still leads to the same charges as the person pulling the trigger. It’s the same with bank robberies etc
