I’m happy with the outcome but still mad that NFL used our season home opener to play in Brazil. Why couldn’t they pick teams that can’t fill their stadiums?! I’m happy for the Brazilian fans though.

It left out the biggest part of the game on the 3rd to last play green Bay starting QB Jordan Love got injured and he will be out for 3-6 weeks

as a Philly phan, I can say, yeah it sucks losing the home game advantage for this one to be played in Brazil, but this was our first home game to played internationally so wasn't really to upset about it, plus we won, so FLY EAGLES FLY

The 2 big free agents the Giants lost in the off-season (Xavier McKinney and Saquon Barkely) both had amazing games. It's rough to see as a Giants fan. As a human, and a fan of Saquon...part of me knows he made the right decision to leave. Not just for the massive amount of money, but the Giants have a HORRIBLE offensive line, and his talents were being squandered. Mark my words, he will be in the top 5 for MVP voting this season if he doesn't get injured.

Soccer fields are not made for NFL football games. They use different grass that is not good for that type of sport.

They say the field was not right for an NFL game. Soccer fields use different grass, and the NFL players were having a hard time getting solid footing. I think most fans hate these games in other countries since they lose the chance to see the game in their home stadiums.

Thank you NFL for showing all of the important Extra Point kicks...but not the fact that Love got injured at the very end of the game and just totally glanced over the fact that the 3rd string QB was in.

5:30 its a tough one. Part of me thinks its awesome to have a game in bazil. Part of me thinks its a waste of time. In terms of home games/away games, its wayy more possible nowadays because its a 17 game season. Can NEVER have an even amount of home and away. They will probably give evey team 8 home - 8 away and 1 nuetral in the future. -Steelers fan

home game stuff: with 17 game schedule teams alternate 9 home games one year and eight the next. I believe Philly has 9 home games this year so having 1 in Basil still leaves them with 8, same as next year...

For your question about taking away a home game, i dont think its a big deal. We used to have 16 games so 8 home now we have 17 games so every year it switches 9 home 8 away. So we still have 8 home games like usual

As an Eagles fan I don't mind this game being consider a home game for us. The reasons being: - Because of the 17 game schedule we have 9 home games and 8 away games this year, so this evened that tally - It's the first game of the season. If they played this game in October or November then it would've been tough - It expands the brand of the Eagles. As Daz mentioned, the Packers had more of a fan footprint down there than we did. - We won (thankfully lol)
