Even though they're under-utilized/valued at times, it has been nothing but sheer delight seeing more and more Americans brought into Premier League (and other top tier Euro league) play. More than anything else we do at home (developmental programs, expanded league play, etc.), US players getting deep and prolonged exposure to European football has built our competitiveness--bringing that experience back to international USMNT play and making every four years a blast. See you in 2026!

Ant has said a lot he enjoys being in Minnesota and wants to stay. Minnesota also has a pretty decent market for basketball as well and with a player like him, they could push into big market territory.

Thanks for mentioning the Portland Thorns. Seattle has the Reign. Gotta say that my allegiance to the Thorns and the NWSL has grown over the years to the point where I'll root for the Timbers to do well but I don't actively follow them or MLS anymore.

All the South Americans are going to pick the MLS as the league grows. And the Europeans will stay in the Premier League. That will be very interesting. Possible Americas (MLS) vs Europe (Premier League) rivalry in the future.

To be fair, every time Lebron throws a tantrum, it's because he was right. The guy understands the game better than almost anyone else. There are a ton of players who bitch and whine after every single foul or missed call. Even as a Knicks fan, Josh Hart is one of them.

When you’re posting up or inside the block, calls aren’t called the same way and you can get away with a lot more as far as elbowing and getting yourself in the chest of the opponent
@jahvedcole12 сағат бұрын
That move by Lebron is legal, as long as the offensive player doesn’t extend his arm it would be considered a legal play, which is why so many players push off with a little elbow/chicken wing to create space

Oklahoma state got lucky with no call pass interference call when the guy drag stoops like that. But other then that ou still should’ve won. Ou offense coordinator was trash and I’m glad he’s gone. They got embarrassed in the big 12 championship. I wonder why osu always lose when it’s not a home game for them.

Hey guys, I know you reacted to this because it's Messi and because it was a huge crowd in an NFL stadium. As you've probably noticed though, Inter Miami is not a complete team. Not particularly good defensively, I should say. And SKC is not all that good overall, at the moment. It's nice that they had a lot of goals and a huge crowd though. Bit of advice, if I may. If you're curious what an MLS club would look like if it Was a complete team with solid depth. A club that has a historically great pool of local talent to draw from, doesn't spend huge on superstar players, really spreads the salary around pretty equally and only uses the Designated Player mechanism to cover the cost of transfer fees in some instances. If you want a good look at what That is like, take a good look at St Louis CITY FC. They've had fantastic support, they started their first season in MLS with the longest consecutive win streak for an expansion team By Far, and they qualified for the Champions Cup (North American Champions League) at the first opportunity. You might have reacted to them in the past, I'm not sure, but they are a club to keep an eye on. Not necessarily because of any particular superstar player- and this may allow them to keep some important players, thank you very much- but because they're taking a much more complete approach to their team building process in comparison with other clubs. Part of the reason is, St Louis is a known quantity in terms of its soccer interest and acumen. Some of the best American players for the national team have always come from St Louis, going back to the early 90s and before then too. The metro area just doesn't have a ton of people, and it took time to get billionaires lined up to invest. But it's very well run, and unlike in other cities, they Know that they don't need to pay outsized amounts for a splashy superstar in order to get butts in seats. The fans are on board, and that frees them up to just do smart things with their team build. And it's worked out incredibly well. Keep an eye on them. I don't know why they do the all caps thing with the CITY situation, but that's a team that you'll want to keep an eye on. On June 1, St Louis CITY travels to Ft Lauderdale to play against Inter Miami. St Louis is two points below the playoff line as of right now but of course that can change in a hurry. They've had a lot of draws this year and only one loss. Keep an eye on how that progresses, as this could be an interesting matchup.

The coaches n the NBA are really just figure heads. The players really do what they want cause if the owners want them there they'll do whatever they want. Coaches usually really have no power over the players especially the great ones

Yes Daz that should be foul on LeBron, but most of the time he gets away with it. From NBA rule book; "A player shall not hold, push, charge into, impede the progress of an opponent by extending a hand, arm, leg or knee or by bending the body into a position that is not normal. Contact that results in the re-routing of an opponent is a foul which must be called immediately."
