IIRC a Hutchins in Frisco came first of the two, way back when. It was about a block South of the current Frisco location. Randy White bought it and built the new location. Meanwhile Hutchins set-up shop in McKinney, and later bought Randy White's Frisco location, and reopened as Hutchins Frisco. The one in the video looks like Frisco.

@@gregvaughntx Yes, that was back in the 1990s. That was an intersection of two lane roads -- Preston and Main. There was very little else there. It was Hutchin's BBQ and Catfish, which was also good. Randy lived nearby. I used to see him around all the time. He bought it, built a new restaurant a block North, and Hutchin's opened in McKinney. Later, Hutchin's bought it back, and made it better.

St. Louis and Kansas City Missiouri right in the center of the country are also known for our BBQ. Waiting in a long line usually means one of two things; 1) very slow service, OR 2) REALLY good food! I actually avoid places where there are few to no customers, for obvious reasons. I've made mistakes before, where we wanted to go to "this" place, but it had a very long line, only to end up at another place that didn't have a line. Once we ate there, we knew WHY they had no line! Now I'd rather wait for a while, and get good food, than bend to the alternative, and be upset all day!

Aww dang. I wanted to see them bite into that Texas Twinkie and realize that's *not* a pickle but I don't have TikTok. 😂😂 Your baked beans are equivalent to our pork and beans. Our baked beans are much sweeter and the sauce is thicker. Then there are bbq beans, ranch style beans, grillin' beans, pinto beans, red beans, etc.
