Bristol is SO LUCKY to have this authentic Texas Style BBQ Restaurant!! Nice Texas style portions also! I hope the price is reasonable!! Texas Style BBQ like you have there is a real commitment of the BBQ smokers because it is almost like a 24 hour prep business. Have to do all the prep work and LONG SLOW HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS of smoke time to get it to that level! Congratulations Paynes BBQ! That is impressive!

When Ree mentioned liking the end bit/first cut of the brisket I just knew it would be a good one. For me that's how you know it's cooked and seasoned well.
