She is better. Jericho is awesome, but his character is outside the range of behaviors that characterize nearly all people. It is an exaggerated presentation of the self absorbed jerk. Britt keeps her character more real. There are thousands, maybe millions, of actual people that behave just like her heel character.

Both are self-obsessed/egocentric with Britt's character being more subtle and reality based in her mannerisms and behavior than Jericho's over the top personas. However I would argue that Jerichos over the top personas make for more entertaining television. Britt's character hasn't nearly matched the entertainment levels of Jericho's many personas, which have included his Y2J, Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla, Listmaker, Suit wearing/slow talking, WCW conspiracy victim, NJPW madman and Le Champion characters. Despite Britt being really good and constantly improving all round as a performer, I'd rather watch any incarnation of Chris Jericho over her.

I listened to the AEW podcast the other day in which her and Tony (how awesome has he been!) were discussing Swole missing her cue because they could not hear in the back, and Britt made a derisive comment in a very annoyed tone that they had two hours ahead of time to figure that out. She was talking as herself, but her character would have said the exact same thing in the exact same tone.
