Hi David, the map was useful at the start to figure out where you are on this trip. The course looked very flat. I would go for a run along that coast.

Over the two rides shown here, about 80 miles and 2,500 ft of climbing Mike, so yes, pretty flat. The stiff easterly was the biggest challenge.
