The team, physicians, researchers and NHRA know. There are multiple 6-axis accelerometer sensors on the chassis and in each of her ear plugs that records precision time, amplitude, duration, direction and frequency of the impacts to the ADR2 crash recorder.

That's a pretty massive bruise. Keep in mind that was two weeks (or three?) after the crash. The only bruise I've ever had like that was when I was on a 400 pound ATV in my teens and was going down a hill and it threw me over the handlebars and landed on my shin. 15+ years later I still have nerve damage in my leg. She's tough and very lucky.

10Gs at terminal not only was that arm bruised it was broken for two weeks she was in a cast but she came back and made it to Houston and won.

Did John give up after Kenny put him into the wall and he crashed in Dallas? NO! Did Ashley give up after she was set on fire during testing? NO! and did Courtney give up after she blew up in Epping? NO! and neither should Brittany she is a Force they get over these crashes and they never give up. Brittany walked away from this crash this was not her first she also crashed in Supercomp during testing. Brittany is not a quitter she is the fastest woman in the world no one can beat her.
