This has nothing to do with her being a 6'9" Black Lesbian. This has everything to do with her breaking a law in another country and having to face the consequences. It's the same if someone from another country came here and broke a law and was sentenced to prison. And for the current Resident of the White House to DEMAND Russia release her immediately shows that he doesn't care about other countries laws. Plus, she doesn't even like the United States. Plus swapping prisoners and releasing a known arms dealer who has murdered people is just plain stupid. It's as bad as when Obama released known terrorists for a US Army soldier who had deserted and multiple soldiers ended up dead looking for him thinking he got captured. If this administration releases this arms dealer, then ALL the people that die because of that is the responsibility of the Biden Administration and the blood will be on their hands.

You can say it has "nothing to do with her being a 6'9 Black Lesbian", but if you've lived long enough and understand how peoples mindset works, you should know that it makes a BIG difference. Her sentence is crazy from the perspective of most Americans, and as an American, I agree with this sentiment of this being wrong. With that said, the elitism does seem to be on full display here. If it were you or I, average Americans, we would likely never be heard from again until we were released (if we were ever released). Trading her for an arms dealer seems a bit dangerous for the greater good of the world as well.
