Definitely a mashup...they went from "War Pigs" to "Killing in the Name Of" by Rage Against the Machine, then played a bit of "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, then a bit of "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne. Next they returned to "Paranoid" for the solo, then back to "War Pigs." After the break it was back to "Killing," then they ended it.

@bpiraeus-p3b Жыл бұрын
The song(s) before this 'a bunch of them' but specifically you can find it 'I Shot The Sherriff / Road to Zion / Hip Hop' from the same street session... Regarding them being on the street - Most often when busking 'en masse' like they do, its 'scheduled' in as much as they let folks know where they're going to be a few hours in advance and then setup and play until the local constabulary strolls past to roust them out (or sometimes its a place set aside for that). There's so much... for them together and each individually so I went ahead and pasted my 'welcome to ren' stuff *laugh* If you have about a week, I suggest just kind of trolling through the reference material and exploring, the absolute volume of influences and styles will blow your mind NOTE: I saw the stank face (Good on ya) - that intro solo bit that Romain was playing is from Crazy Train (another Ozzyclassic) there's blended elements of multiple Ozzy/Sabbath tunes along with the obvious RATM bits :) Welcome to the RENaissance, a home for the lost and broken; enjoy the ride - For more Bardcore - check out the 3 part Tale of Jenny & Screech If you want to dive more into the rap side of his catalogue, I'd start with "What You Want" which is a brilliant homage to the Beasties, followed with "Genesis" followed by "Sick Boy" followed by "Illest of Our Time" (this one goes after the previous one so you have some grasp of the meaning) and the trail goes from there For more rock oriented fare follow the breadcrumbs to The Big Push and dive in (I personally suggest Sweet Little Lady, Swan Song, Englishman in New York, and the cherry on top 'I Shot The Sherriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop') Last but not least, don't be afraid to check down the alleys, Ren has built himself a circle of talented musician friends that will surprise you and make you glad you chose to look for hidden treasure (Hint: *Chinchilla, Eden Nash, Sam Tompkins, and so many more) (Also Humble w/ Eden Nash is just pure young punk/rude boy heaven) *Chinchilla: Take 1 part Christina, 1 part Jessie J, 1 part Rhianna, blend well and pour over your own unique style, served ice cold by the baddest bitch in town (See Fingers (Live), Little Girl Gone (the official video is just *fun*)

It's definitely a mash up performance starts with the song war pigs, then goes into the rage against the machine song killing in the name of, then back to Black Sabbath's song paranoid, then to an instrumental that I can't put finger on where it's from, then back to war pigs and finally back to killing in the name of.

Have a listen, because I think you’ll like it. Ozzy doesn’t get enough credit as a vocalist, I believe. And yes, Ren just threw in a little Rage for fun…both songs, you could say, can tie in together lyrically and symphonically. 🤟🏼

lol I'm pretty sure that Ren, and The Big Push, aren't going to be able to play on the streets like this anymore. ... Well, not without cordoning off enough intersections to allow for the hundreds of thousands + of fans he's managed to accumulate in the past year or so. Also, yes, I think you should react to the Black Sabbath, "War Pigs", video. (its pretty heavy) This was an awesome reaction, Britt. Thank you. I've actually watched a number of your reactions and just realized that I'm not even subscribed to your channel. (.. fixing that right now...) Its so refreshing to see a female reactor who is just reacting, without being "extra". No cats eye makeup, no cleavage, no fashion statement, (aside from comfortable), ... just Britt. So cool. I appreciate that. Cheers!
