The Hardcore Juggalo is from ICP aka Insane Clown Posse. A bunch of white guys in clown face with hard core rap lyrics and hard core rock/rap music. ICP is sometimes credited with founding “Horror Core” rap style which was then picked up people like Celph Titled, Vini Paz and many others. Honestly he sounds closer to Celph than ICP to me.

It's talked about because Mac Lethal deleted some social media accounts and disappeared off the Internet for 6 months, and then his eventual response in "Mac Lethal Sucks 2" wasn't even a response really, and whatever clout or fans he had all but disappeared. Unless you look really hard, you are hard pressed to find anything significant from Mac after that diss in the same lane he was in before it. In short, its the independent version of when Eminem dissed MGK so bad he changed genres. So hell yes, people are going to talk about that. Don't be a simp.
