She is a world renowned painter, who has also stirred the world with her poetry. The outfit Angelina wore on her bohemian rhapsody is a printed fabric of one of her masterpieces that she and AJ made together. She and AJ did the artwork for the million miles lyric video together. It is her antique shop where they filmed AJs newer cover of I have nothing, my funny valentine, and suspicious minds. She is also in the beginning of one of AJs Adele covers, and most recent visualizer video for love don't let me go getting in that speedster with her for the ride. She is at least partially responsible for AJs education in jazz and recognition of her artistic prowess from a very early age. Without Mery there would be no barefoot princess.

Angelina and grandma Mery, might be like one soul in two bodies, so agreeing that things are OK, is like vital to Angelina. 👍👍 She sure loves and trust her grandma. Angelina DID have quite a few great studio sessions at about 6 - 8 years old. THAT really paid off as she here at 11, was invited in on the record project for this "It`s Magic" album. She was invited to collaborate for The Norwegian Military Staff Band`s 200 years aniversary celebrating project, as they planed for an album and a grand consert at the major force castle of Oslo,, Akershus Festning. This magic album is my top album ever, and it is like my top playlist for use several times every week. Soon to be acompanied with Angelinas next album "More Magic" 😃 And when her third comes up, "Even More Magic", I will almost not be in need for any others, to keep my spirit and currage alive, I guess. 👣

Yes, Angelina first performed this song a cappela, when she had just turned 8, the judges cut performance in NGT. In the Netflix show she was still 8! Here at the grand old age of 11 she takes the song to another level for the album It's Magic. The interaction you see with her grandma has always been the same, from when she was 6 years old. You have to consider here that this recording was on grandma's camcorder, as raw as you can get. To me that is the sign of a great artist, no need for post production, no fancy gimmicks.

e pluribus u-num With all the gimmicks that are used in what is known as music today it is so refreshing to come across a being that does not need auto tune, lightshows, dancers, outrageous costumes, bands, or orchestras to cover their weaknesses because she has none. AJ can perform a Capella, or with one or two instruments to follow her lead and give you chills with each performance. I have always enjoyed all genres of music, and being 75, I have experienced the best the industry has to offer, from the early 50s, to 2023, but I have never been moved emotionally in the past anywhere close to what Angelina Jordan does from 7 to 17. When I heard Celine Dion perform in a tint in Québec when she was a child, I predicted she would be the next world superstar, and the rest is history. Celine did not sign a record contract until she was in her early 20s. David Foster, who made Celine a star flew to Norway after Angelina wone NGT and tried to sign her, but her family wanted to stay in control of her future. Angelina, at 13, appeared on AGT and getting worldwide recognition signed with the largest record company in the world at age 14, Republic Records. The story is that Monty Lipman, the CEO, and known as the Star Maker, personally signed her even without meeting AJ, he was shown a video of her performance. Angelina Jordan will be the next Super Nova very soon. As for being her biggest fan, e pluribus u-num.

You heard her sing it, I believe, on Norway's Got Talent .. she sang it acapella. In this rehearsal, she has a crown of crazy leaves and is fooling around with Grandma Mery on the camera. She is by no means checking for approval .. they are playing. In spite of the fooling around, the vocals are amazing .. exquisite. You probably know that Grandma Mery was her videographer most of her life until she signed with Republic, I guess ... There is another rehearsal in this same studio where she is making fun of her uncle .. she and grandma are precious when they play around. Please please Britt .. do a reaction of LOVE DON'T LET ME GO. It dropped yesterday, May 5. It is a hugely important move in her life .. first of all its an original .. and secondly it is her first actual professional video (they're calling it a "Visualizer" .. Angelina has stated, flat out, that 'There would be no Angelina if not for Billie Holiday. This rendition gives the listener a chance to hear Angelina replicate many of the inflections, nuance, and numerous other facets of the improvisational style of singing that Billie did to redefine the jazz genre. No mentors to refer to, this poor, young Black girl who went to singing in Harlem night clubs, was doing something no other singer was capable of replicating. Angelina places Billie on the highest point of the pedestal, over all of the other gifted singers she has ever experienced and only when you listen to Billie's catalog of songs, will you be better able to understand Angelina's words about Billie. Imagine when Angelina first heard 'Strange Fruit' by Billie, which dealt with her seeing human beings 'lynched' and hanging like fruit from a tree, and you can begin to understand where Billie's singing derives from.
