Thanks Brix. Great video as always. I actually enjoy eating salads but do struggle to get in more whole foods. I’m curious to know your thoughts on Andy Frisella’s 75 Hard and social media twist of 75 Soft. I’ve done 75 Hard twice in the past (2020 and 2021) where I’ve lost 30 lbs but I gain my weight back bc it’s not sustainable for me to continue all the tasks. I’m well aware of what needs to be done but I have not been consistent enough for me to lose weight the past year

Hey Brother, what is your opinion on the bodybuilding culture way of staying in shape? A lot of the OG fitness KZbinrs from long again claim that they stay lean all year round, but they still do the bulk in the Winter then Lean out for the Summer. They even post photos of them in the Winter then what they look like as Summer approaches which is contradictory to their audience I believe. I am 30 years old and training to be an Ultra Marathon runner. I have been following these OG’s since I was in my late teens here and there.

I think the biggest reason I'm not in my ideal body is my sweet tooth and binge eating. Ive already flopped my personal May challenge, but I'm doing well with my daily steps at least. Do you have any tips for emotional eating/binging?
@BrixFitness
@BrixFitness 2 ай бұрын
It’s great that you’re meeting your daily step goals-that’s a positive habit to celebrate! Managing a sweet tooth and binge eating, especially related to emotional triggers, can be challenging. A helpful approach is to explore the emotions or situations that lead to binge eating. Journaling can be a powerful tool to identify triggers and patterns. Also, consider finding healthier alternatives that satisfy your sweet cravings, or set structured eating times to reduce impulsive eating. For more structured support, our group coaching program offers strategies to manage emotional eating and develop healthier eating habits. Visit www.wearegodswellness.com to learn more about how we can help you transform your relationship with food. Remember, every day is a new opportunity to take a step in the right direction. Let’s tackle these challenges together!

Brix, i no longer eat processed foods and i still am struggling with weight loss. I think i eat too much of what i do eat and i have no motivation to exercise. I dont know what to do anymore.

Get the discipline to add exercise. Motivation gets you only so far. The rest will be grit. Find movement that you enjoy and track your steps. You don’t need 10k. You need about 6-8k. Try IF. It may help

It’s great that you’ve taken the step to cut out processed foods-that’s a big win in itself! Sometimes, the challenge isn't just what we eat, but how much. Consider using portion control techniques or tracking your meals to get a better understanding of your intake. Lack of motivation for exercise can be tough, but try incorporating activities you actually enjoy, or start with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase. If you're feeling stuck and need more structured support, our group coaching program might be exactly what you need to stay on track and feel motivated. Check it out at www.wearegodswellness.com for more guidance. Let's get you moving forward with confidence!

I had a really rough time maintaining my weight. I’m a small female and weight 48kg. I can only eat 1200 calories a day without gaining weight despite running and training daily. As I use so few calories I can hardly eat anything, believe me even when you know what to eat, four three hundred calorie meals are not much! Even with salads fruit and yogurt I just wish I could eat more. I look great but I really miss eating ‘normal’ foods, and trying to find low calorie alternatives is a constant struggle 😒
@BrixFitness

It sounds like you're working hard to maintain your weight while dealing with the challenges of a restrictive calorie intake. It’s important to ensure that your diet is not only helping you manage your weight but also providing enough nutrients and satisfaction. Exploring options like high-volume, low-calorie foods can make meals more filling without overloading on calories. Foods like leafy greens, broth-based soups, and vegetables like zucchini and cauliflower can add bulk and variety to your diet. Also, consider discussing your diet with a nutritionist to ensure you're meeting your nutritional needs while still enjoying your meals. Our group coaching program could also provide support and strategies for balancing a healthy weight with a fulfilling diet. Check out www.wearegodswellness.com for more information. Remember, eating healthily should also be enjoyable. Let’s find a balance that works for you and keeps you happy!

It's great that you're focusing on nutritious foods, but it's totally understandable to feel a bit weary of the same meals. Mixing things up could help keep your diet interesting. Try experimenting with different herbs and spices or incorporating new, healthy recipes. If you ever feel stuck or need some fresh ideas, our group coaching program could be a perfect fit for you. Check it out at www.wearegodswellness.com. Let’s keep your meals exciting and your journey enjoyable!

I will say I do drink alot of sparkling ice
@BrixFitness
@BrixFitness 2 ай бұрын
Drinking Sparkling Ice can be a tasty way to enjoy a drink without the calories of sugary beverages, but it's good to keep an eye on how much you consume, especially if they contain additives like artificial sweeteners. These can sometimes trigger cravings for more sweets. If weight loss is your goal, balancing your fluid intake with plenty of water can also help manage appetite and support metabolic health. If you’re looking for more personalized advice on balancing your diet and kickstarting your fitness journey, our group coaching program could provide the structure and support you need.
