Hey man, appreciate your videos over the years. You probably wont see this, but i need to send this comment for me. I was obese lost around 120 pounds, but recently I've gone and gained like 35 pounds. This time it's different because I lack the consistency and determination. But I want to go back on this journey and lifestyle of becoming healthier. I'm 200lbs and I'll return to this video before Christmas. I'll be around 160 lean, shredded.

I was eating oatmeal with 2 eggs and egg whites. Oatmeal was messing me up like crazy. I tried throwing protein powder in there with it. I was gaining weight. Look at your lifestyle. Are you sitting at work the majority of the day? Are you working out in the morning or afternoon, etc. Once you figure that out weight loss becomes a little easier

Hi i recently turned 14 and i had a girl ask me out, now ive been thinking that i wanne lose a lot of weight rn im 96kg, but i wanne be 70kg in the next 3 years and then gain 10kg in muscle but i dont want lose skin ive been doing a intermediate fast with 8hour window and a 16hour fast and ive been loosing weight fast in the past 5 days. Im worried that im gonna get lose skin so i want to know how to lose weight slowly like 1kg per week or 1.5 pounds per week, how do i do that?

A lot depending where you are starting from. I think 1-2 lbs a week is pretty sustainable. Don’t look at the scale daily . Focus on what you eat and some form of daily movement (walking is great) No sugary drinks is key, even fruit juice is bad. I lost 30 lbs quickly.
