In These stories Humans are often referred to as Human, Humanity, Deathworlder, Hellwolder in reference to the human planet of origin , Earth. This planet is seen by most of the universe as a place where only death and chaos can survive.

Unlike Humanity Feck Yea , these don't always put a positive spin on humans\humanity sometimes looking at the darker side of human and humanity from the perspective of aliens.

Everything from helping you with your posture, suggesting better rotations, being your spotter and so on. Hell, I have even had one make suggestions to my diet and being understanding when I didn't want to let go of certain unhealthiness when it comes to food. Sigh, I need to return to the gym. It honestly feels like a cult (in the way they want to make you feel welcome) without all the negative shite that those have.

On a real note, dont static stretch before a workout, instead do dynamic stretches prior and then static stretch holds after. Think of it like metal, if you bend it while cold, itll snap, whereas if you bend it while its hot it is less likely to snap.

Really like the first one...been awhile since I've been to a gym ( I really need to get back ) but I've never been to one where people sneered at others trying work out, or laughed at them or all the other stereotypes. Hell all the gyms I've been too if you needed help, or even some advice, as long as you were polite and/or weren't stupid enough to interrupt someone in the middle of their own routine they'd be happy to help. Otherwise people just did their own thing. Not gonna say this is universal, but I'm pretty sure the stereotype is pretty much a Hollywood fabrication, like their takes on what it's like in high school ( where all the actors are in their 20s ) or pretty much anything else.

Once perhaps, it was this way.I wouldn't know. Never been to a gym. Back when i needed one, it was another lesson i had to get through. Along with endless hymns, anatomy, first aid, rhetoric, weapons lessons .. After .. my regime has always been secret and solitary. It had to be. The story was ok but you can tell that the author never worked out a day in their life if the trainer dude was having him do stretches before a workout rather than warm ups. Fastest way to injure yourself there is. You wouldn't believe how often I had to correct this stupidity for new recruits since their PT teachers had no actual physical training whatsoever, just fat guys with beer kegs for guts that peak in high school when they played varsity "futbawl".
